STOCKTON, Calif. — Just west of Lincoln Street, more than 80 yellow cones were scattered across South Stockton’s Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard for hours Friday afternoon.
At least 50 of the cones were placed beside shell casings. All of them marked evidence of violence- a daylight gun battle that left six people hurt and a community searching for answers.
