Eugene, OR – April 11, 2025 – Spring is calling, and Hendricks Park is answering—with freshly blooming trails, sun-dappled forest paths, and an open invitation to give back. This Sunday, April 13, community members are invited to roll up their sleeves and join the Hendricks Park Forest Trail Maintenance Work Party, a morning of environmental stewardship and connection.
Held monthly, this hands-on event is a chance to preserve one of Eugene’s most beloved natural spaces, meet like-minded neighbors, and get a little muddy for a great cause.

As Eugene’s oldest city park, Hendricks Park is a local gem—spanning 80 acres of native forest, walking trails, and botanical gardens perched above the university district. It’s a sanctuary for joggers, birdwatchers, hikers, and families alike.
