NEW ORLEANS — Over 4,000 customers were without power in New Orleans on Saturday evening, according to Entergy’s outage map.
The map showed 4,170 customers impacted by the outage. The outage was in the Holy Cross neighborhood and the Lower Ninth Ward.
“Entergy New Orleans is aware of an outage currently impacting approximately 4,000 customers in the Lower Ninth Ward area,” an Entergy spokesperson said in a statement. “Entergy crews are working as quickly and safely as possible to restore service. Cause is under investigation at this time.”…
