WICHITA, Kan. – Sai Brookins-Fleming and Deriayah Lee set school records Saturday as Central Oklahoma wrapped up the two-day KT Woodman Classic at Wichita State.
The sophomores have been part of a handful of records already in less than two years of competition and Saturday was another day to update the record books. Brookins-Fleming finished sixth in the 100-meter dash with a time of 11.75 seconds, breaking one of UCO’s oldest records set in 1997. Lee also set a school record in the 400-meter hurdles, finishing fifth with a time of 1:01.93 to break the UCO record set in 1998.
