MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) — Organizers, businesses and community members from across the Grand Strand came together at The Market Common on Saturday to help raise more than $100,000 for cancer research.
It was the 31st annual Relay for Life, and participants walked nine hours to signify the journey of a cancer patient. Each group had had a member of their team walking the area at all times.
