Flour Bluff head start program set to reopen; more locations to follow

NUECES COUNTY, Texas — A local preschool program is set to reopen one of its campuses tomorrow—just months after all 14 of its Nueces County locations closed down.

The closures happened in December during a leadership transition from the Nueces County Community Action Agency to an Austin-based organization, UpBring. Now, the program is beginning to relaunch under new management, starting with the reopening of one school in Flour Bluff.
