PORTLAND, Ore. ( KOIN ) — A man was arrested just hours after allegedly shooting another man in a Hillsboro Fred Meyer parking lot Saturday morning.
At around 4:45 a.m., officers responded to a reported shooting in the store’s parking lot near Southeast Tualatin Valley Highway and Century Boulevard.

On arrival, they found a person with a gunshot wound who was rushed to an area hospital for treatment. Authorities said that person is expected to survive.
