US Marshals offer $35K reward for escaped inmate Cesar Hernandez

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The U.S. Marshals are now offering a $35,000 reward for information leading to the capture of Cesar Hernandez.

Four months after inmate Cesar Hernandez escaped custody, he was found in Mexico. The State Force for Citizen’s Security, known as FESC, is the agency involved in a shootout with Hernandez.
