WILMER, Ala. (WALA) – A woman was shot by her husband in Wilmer over the weekend before her husband turned the gun on himself, according to the Mobile County Sheriff’s Office.
The MCSO said deputies were dispatched to 4630 Glenwood Court in Wilmer at about 12:20 p.m. Saturday. A family member told authorities Maria Caamano was shot by her husband, Refugio Caamano-Lopez.
