Attorney General Dave Sunday has recently launched a lawsuit against a Beaver County contractor for allegedly conducting business without proper registration and failing to fulfill contractual obligations. James D. Martin, also known as Doug Martin, and his business, Martin Lawn Services, LLC, are accused of leaving clients with incomplete and substandard home improvement work, as reported by CBS News Pittsburgh.
