America’s most iconic colleges are losing their luster in the eyes of corporate leaders. A new Forbes survey of over 380 top executives—including C-suite leaders and vice presidents—reveals that 37% are now less likely to hire Ivy League graduates than they were five years ago, up from 33% last year. Another 12% of respondents said they outright refuse to hire Ivy League alumni, citing issues with entitlement and lack of humility.
