Sadly, shortly after hatching the 4th eagle chick did not make it. The cause of death is unknown. Then, as you will see in this video, over the weekend the oldest chick decided to venture off to the nests edge and fell! It was confirmed that the chick did not make it and fell all the way out of the tree 70ft+ down to the ground.
