MARTIN COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — A man linked to a national crime organization who allegedly hid behind his computer screen to scam elderly victims out of their savings has been captured in Martin County.
The Martin County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) said that Wikai Zhang used a deceitful pop-up scam to steal hundreds of thousands of dollars from unsuspecting seniors.
