A North East man is facing criminal charges for his alleged role in the fatal overdose of another North East resident.
Members of Pennsylvania State Police Erie were called to a home in the 10000 block of West Main Road in North East on April 10 for that fatal overdose, identifying the victim as 31-year-old Sarah McQuister of North East.

McQuister was declared dead at the scene with police finding different drugs, drug paraphernalia and her cell phone at the scene however the phone didn’t show any evidence of buying drugs.
