INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A man was charged with criminal mischief Friday after police say he painted a swastika on the door of a Tesla parked outside a downtown Indy restaurant.
Police say the vandalism happened on March 15 outside of Shake Shack on West New York Street.
According to a probable cause affidavit shared with News 8, a man reported to IMPD that someone had drawn a swastika on the door of his Tesla in paint marker.
