WALTON COUNTY, Fla. — A Pensacola surgeon was found guilty last Thursday of raping a woman in Walton County in 2023.
A Walton County Jury found Dr. Francis Herrbold, 54, of Pensacola Beach, guilty of Sexual Battery. Sentencing is set for June 3.
Judge J. Ryan Love remanded Herrbold into custody pending sentencing. He faces a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison…
