All-clear given after bomb threat reported at Wells Fargo Tower in Midtown Atlanta

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – Police have given the all-clear after investigating a reported bomb threat at the Wells Fargo Tower in Midtown Atlanta late Monday afternoon.

Shortly after 4 p.m., Atlanta police said the threat was made by phone to the building, which is on 17th Street NW.

Around 5:45 p.m., police said responding officers searched the building “and have determined that there is no active threat.”…
