White Castle fans in Central Florida have reason to celebrate! The iconic burger chain held a groundbreaking ceremony on April 9, 2025, for its new location at 4551 Collina Terrace in Clermont’s Plaza Collina development, near State Road 50 and Plaza Collina Boulevard. The restaurant is slated to open in late summer 2025, bringing its famous sliders closer to Lake County residents.
This 3,220-square-foot establishment will feature indoor and outdoor seating and two drive-through lanes and is expected to create approximately 75 new jobs in the area.
