THORNTON, Calif. — More than four decades after a man’s body was found floating in the San Joaquin County town of Thornton, sheriff’s deputies finally have a name.
On Monday, the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office said advancements in fingerprint technology helped them identify the body as Edward Donald Raymond, born Feb. 21, 1947.
