TOLEDO, Ohio — Three juveniles have been arrested and charged with murder in the death of an 18-year-old who was dragged from a vehicle following a robbery in north Toledo last month.
The suspects, two 17-year-olds and a 16-year-old, were arrested on Monday and booked into the Juvenile Justice Center, according to Toledo police. It is WTOL 11 policy to name juveniles unless they are tried as adults.
