WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – A space that once housed one of the most popular eateries in the area is getting a new lease on life. The former Sweet n Savory location at 1611 Pavilion Place near Wrightsville Beach will become a new breakfast, brunch and lunch spot.
The new business is old hat to the restauranteurs taking over the location. The owners of Pine Valley Market on S. College Rd. have entered into a lease agreement to take over the former Sweet n Savory building.
“This will be a second location to complement the current College Rd. Establishment,” said Christi Ferretti, co-owner of Pine Valley Market. “The Wrightsville Beach location will offer sit-down lunch and breakfast, along with an expanded gourmet gift and prepared foods selection.”…
