ROSEVILLE, Minn — A 77-year-old was saved by a neighbor and a patrol sergeant after crashing into a Roseville lake Monday afternoon.
It happened around 2:30 p.m., according to the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office, on the south side of McCarrons Lake.
