Tres Bandidos, from the family behind Taco Libre, opens in St. Paul

A new counter-service restaurant in St. Paul is serving up a range of slow-cooked meats and nearly two dozen sides, ranging from homemade salsas to mashed potatoes.

Tres Bandidos opened April 7 at 143 Snelling Avenue North, in the former Red’s Savoy Pizza spot next to Dunkin’ Donuts.
