SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — The Community Partnership of the Ozarks (CPO) has announced a partnership with the Darr Family Foundation. The two groups have created a plan to start a new family-focused early childhood hub at the O’Reilly Center for Hope.
Their goal is to expand services and support for families with young children. They plan to make a central access point for programs to strengthen families and foster community resilience.
The launch is expected to start in the summer. The childhood hub will offer on-site parent education opportunities, a place for connecting parents and childcare providers, a welcome space for families and an expansion for the existing agency partnerships.
“We are so excited to partner with Community Partnership of the Ozarks on the Early Childhood Hub Project,” Heather Zoromski, Executive Director of the Darr Family Foundation, said in a release. “Early childhood education and other vital family services have been central to the mission of the Darr Family Hope Foundation since its inception in 2002. By providing all services under one roof at the O’Reilly Center for Hope, we will be able to improve access to childcare, healthcare, parent education, case management, housing and more for our most vulnerable families.”…
