PHOENIX — The Phoenix Police Department has opened an investigation into what is being described as a suspicious persons incident at an Ahwatukee apartment complex on April 11.
A pair of renters at the Sierra Foothills Apartment Homes on 44th Street in between Knox and Ray roads say they were left rattled after two unknown men approached their second-floor unit in broad daylight — one of whom appeared to try to force his way in.
