Nine measles cases confirmed in California

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — There are now nine confirmed measles cases in the state of California.

Measles is a viral infection that beings with a fever followed by a cough, runny nose, conjunctivitis and rash, according to the California Department of Public Health.
