Tampa man indicted for arson under federal Anti-Arson Act

TAMPA, Florida — A 25-year-old man from Parrish has been indicted for allegedly setting fire to a rental van in Bradenton, according to the United States Attorney’s Office. Kendarius Devonta Stitten faces a minimum of five years and up to 20 years in federal prison if convicted.

The indictment, announced by United States Attorney Gregory W. Kehoe, charges Stitten with violating the federal Anti-Arson Act.
