MEMPHIS, Tenn — Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers restaurant is planned to replace the Red Lobster on Winchester Road near Hacks Cross Road.
The Raising Cane’s Restaurants L.L.C. presented a revised Final Plan and Outline on Monday after the Land Use Control Board approved a modification on April 10.
They plan to redevelop the vacated Red Lobster restaurant into a Raising Cane’s restaurant with two drive-thru lanes and dine-in service.
