VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – Three people were shot, one in serious condition following a shooting on the 4700 block of Haygood Rd, according to the Virginia Beach Police Department.

Police said the call came in around 9:17 p.m.
Earlier that evening, a separate shooting occurred on Sassafras Court in which two juveniles were shot with serious injuries in Virginia Beach.
