MONROE COUNTY, Fla. – A Miami man faces a mandatory court appearance after being cited for possessing undersized fish in the Florida Keys this past Sunday.
Banier Eugenio Avila Perez, 39, was issued the citation on Sunday, April 13th, near Mile Marker 78 in Islamorada. According to authorities, Monroe County Sheriff’s Office Marine Deputy Jason Farr was conducting routine resource checks in the area around 2:20 p.m.
