UPDATE, April 15 | In an update Tuesday, police said the department executed a search warrant on a residence related to the incident as work continues with the Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office to “finalize charges.”
Investigators believe some of the individuals involved are not permanent residents of Grain Valley.
