Description: Wedgewood, a veterinary pharmaceutical company and the parent company of online veterinary pharmacy platform Blue Rabbit, is nearing opening of their Chandler facility. The project is expected to house 250 jobs by 2027. The 90,000-square-foot facility will serve as a hub for rapid delivery and offer local pickup for Arizona pet owners. The facility is planned to eventually replace Wedgewood’s smaller Arizona facility.
History: The building is part of the second phase of the Chandler Airpark 202 business park, a 397,177-square-foot industrial project that includes three buildings.
