A 61-year-old man is accused of secretly recording a person under their clothes at three separate locations in Albany County.
An Albany County grand jury has indicted Joseph Munafo on 11 counts of second-degree unlawful surveillance. Munafo allegedly used an imaging device to make recordings of the person’s private parts at the Karner Road Post Office in the town of Colonie on five separate occasions from July through October 2023, according to court documents.
Munafo also allegedly made recordings in August 2023 in the area of Columba Circle East Drive in Albany on four occasions.
