MACON, Ga. — A mysterious respiratory illness affecting dogs in Central Georgia has veterinarians concerned as cases continue to rise.

The Georgia Veterinary Medical Association has identified an unknown respiratory disease that has been circulating among dogs in the region, with a notable spike in cases over the past few months.
