The daughter of former Jersey City Mayor Jerramiah Healy will run for Jersey City Council in Ward D on a slate headed by mayoral candidate James E. McGreevey, the former governor of New Jersey.
Catherine Healy is the deputy director of the Hudson County Department of Family Services and Reintegration, where she is the chief labor and employment counsel and manages the child support and paternity program. She is a former assistant Hudson County prosecutor and operates a pro bono criminal defense law firm.
