A suspect has been taken into custody in connection with a shooting in Southeast D.C., the Metropolitan Police Department announced recently. The incident, which took place on the evening of March 11, left one man wounded by gunfire and spurred an investigation that led to the recent arrest.
Following the response by Seventh District officers to a distress call at DC FEMS Engine House 33, located at 101 Atlantic Street, Southeast, it was later determined that the actual location of the shooting had been in the Unit block of Mississippi Avenue, Southeast.
