Instagram post leads to second suspect’s arrest in Home Depot parking lot gunfire

BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — Another man is facing charges for a shooting in a Home Depot parking lot that left a 19-year-old man fighting for his life after being robbed while trying to purchase a marijuana cartridge vapor pen.

The Boynton Beach Police Department (BBPD) reported that they received a call from a woman around 10:30 p.m. on October 23, who said her boyfriend had been shot and was driving home.

Upon arrival, police found the victim with a gunshot wound to his abdomen and transported him to Delray Medical Center for treatment. The case was then turned over to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO) due to the shooting occurring in their jurisdiction…
