At least four injured at Dallas high school shooting prompting massive police response

At least four people were injured in a shooting at a Dallas high school Tuesday afternoon that prompted a massive law enforcement presence.

Just after 1 p.m. CT, police received a call at Wilmer-Hutchins High School after gunshots were fired inside the school, according to Fox 4 .
