NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark.- Local artist Matthew Billingsley is finding strength through creativity in the wake of a devastating fire that engulfed St. Joseph’s Home, his cherished studio, on March 19.
The flames reduced years of his artistry to ash, yet Billingsley is determined to turn his loss into inspiration.
“St. Joseph’s has been my creative sanctuary,” he said.
