OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH) — Some people in Oklahoma City are frustrated with mailboxes and trash cans blocking the view of a memorial outside the Oklahoma County Jail.
“There are 55 names there from when the jail trust started, 55 deaths. And that’s what that memorial garden, that keeps growing, it just keeps growing, that’s what it’s there for as a reminder to the public of what’s happening,” said Christopher Johnston, a human rights activist.
The view of that memorial garden honoring those who have died in the Oklahoma County Jail is blocked by mailboxes and a trash can on the right side of the jail and partially blocked by a trash can on the left…
