Suspect arrested twice in less than a month for ramming through Glendale police gate

GLENDALE, Ariz. — A 35-year-old man is facing criminal charges for committing the same type of offense on two separate occasions within a month of each other.

Glendale police said Alberto Rojas is accused of ramming his truck through a gate around the local police station on Feb. 28. A criminal complaint was filed a few days later in court, charging Rojas with trespassing and criminal damage.

Less than a month later, on March 20, Rojas allegedly returned to the Glendale police station and rammed through the gate again. Police said Rojas was arrested after each incident…
