Kirkland has become home to Urbanheer, a clothing retailer that started as an online shop during the pandemic, the Puget Sound Business Journal has reported.
The store, at 1260 Carillon Point, is one of several that its owners, Avneet and Simran Sachar, hope to open as they expand. The article said they also plan to open another store in Vancouver, Canada, as part of their longer-term goal to operate stores in all of the U.S.’s and Canada’s major cities.
Urbanheer sells high-end brands such as Armani and Dolce & Gabbana, with much of its inventory coming from Italy. The retailer has signed a four-year lease for the space in Kirkland, which previously housed the NYB Gallery…
