Roy Rojas and Margarita City Mexican Grill & Bar at 1118 Central Ave, Albany, celebrated their successful remodeling and Grand Reopening celebration in March along with staff and volunteer Ambassadors from the Capital Region Chamber. Emigrating here as a young man while serving as a Head Waiter on Royal Caribbean International ‘s “Brilliance of the Seas”, Roy learned the restaurant trade and now, at a still-young age of 41, leads a growing empire of these wonderful ethnically themed restaurants and bars in our region.
