The city’s signature free concert series starts June 5th
Alive at Five is coming back to downtown Albany in 2025, with this year’s free summer concert series moving from Jennings Landing to Tricentennial Park. The concerts will take place Thursdays from June 5 to July 17 (excluding July 3).
The move marks a return to the series’ original location on Broadway, where it launched in 1990. Mayor Kathy Sheehan says the change is part of a broader effort to bring more activity and foot traffic to downtown businesses after the shows. Sheehan said in a statement:…
