Concerns raised over ‘Senior Assassins’ game

BUFFALO, N.Y. — School officials and police are warning about the potential consequences of a popular game of tag involving water or nerf guns called “Senior Assassin”.

Normally played between now and graduation by high school seniors, it basically involves a bracket elimination tournament where individual students, or teams of them, are assigned a fellow student or an opposing team to eliminate.

The objective is for students to “assassinate” or eliminate their target, by squirting them or nerfing them, with the winner or winners getting the jackpot of all eliminated players’ entry fees…
