GOSHEN, Ind. (WSBT) — Four people were arrested after they were accused of stealing from multiple businesses in Goshen.
Consuela Bridgeman, Juanita Clark, Timika Swanson and Kamerion Tillman, all of Benton Harbor, have been charged with Organized Retail Theft.
