LYMAN, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – A third suspect has been arrested in an Upstate murder investigation that led to an international manhunt.
Douglas Gilbert is charged with murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime in connection with the 2021 homicide of Connor Lloyd.
Police found Lloyd lying in his driveway on Grover Drive in Lyman with gunshot wounds. He later died at the hospital.
Gilbert was denied bond during a hearing on Wednesday afternoon.
Investigators said Gilbert is an acquaintance of Kendra Wilson, who was arrested in the Netherlands earlier this month. Kendra Wilson shared a child with the victim. She is charged with accessory before the fact of murder, accessory after the fact to murder, and conspiracy to commit murder…
