Quarryville police nab ‘Agent 19’ for nighttime prowling

QUARRYVILLE, Pa. — A Lancaster man is facing three misdemeanor charges after police in Quarryville caught him “loitering and prowling” near several businesses at night last Friday.

According to the affidavit of probable cause, police were dispatched to the Turkey Hill on W. State Street just before 11 p.m. on Friday, April 11, for reports of a man making a cashier uncomfortable.
