Health Code Violations In Monroe County Last Month

Each month, Monroe County restaurants and other organizations that prepare food are subject to health inspection violations. Some restaurants receive critical violations, such as “Potentially hazardous foods are not stored under refrigeration except during necessary preparation or approved precooling procedures (room temperature storage).”

No one wants to take their family to a restaurant that doesn’t take its customers’ health seriously. Too many times, the kitchen staff may be inexperienced, not know or follow the food safety rules, be in a rush, or not care about people’s health.

Each month, I publish a list of restaurants and other entities with food preparation services that have PASSED their health code inspections. These are the restaurants that we can have confidence in. Share this list with everyone you know who is important to you. In February, these were the restaurants that passed or failed their health code inspections.

In Monroe County, many restaurants did not pass their health code inspections in March. The restaurants below are the ones that have earned our business since they are providing us with safely prepared food. Share this list with your family, friends, co-workers, and even strangers. Check back each month for a new list of restaurants that have passed their inspections. You can contact me here.
