MANLIUS, N.Y. — The Onondaga County District Attorney’s Office said it will indict Radu Turner, 48, as opposed to a preliminary hearing on April 18.
Turner is accused of murder in connection with the death of Kenquan Davis, 39, of Syracuse. Davis was shot to death on Elmbrook Drive in the Village of Manlius on April 6.
